Model for API rate limit tracking.

Tracks request counts per API key within sliding time windows to enforce per-key rate limits.

checkAndIncrement()

Check and increment the rate limit for an API key.

public checkAndIncrement(int $apiKeyId, int $limit) : array{allowed: bool, count: int, limit: int, remaining: int, reset: int}

Returns the current request count and limit for the current window. Automatically cleans up expired windows.

Parameters
$apiKeyId : int

API key ID

$limit : int

Max requests per minute

array{allowed: bool, count: int, limit: int, remaining: int, reset: int}
